Who am I?

I’m Jared Cawley, founder of Glorious Guzzles. I am a certified wine professional and educator who loves sharing wine and demystifying the wine world. I specialise in forgotten wine regions, rare grape varieties, limited-production wines and exceptional Champagnes. I am a passionate story-teller who loves sharing the personal stories of small, wine producers.

I hold an advanced qualification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET Level 3 Award in Wines) and currently studying for the DipWSET Level 4 Award in Wines qualification. Also, I am a Champagne Specialist accredited by the Comité Champagne, and I have a Master’s degree in Education.

I also work as a Wine Educator, at an accredited WSET wine school in Amsterdam & The Hague, where I teach Level 1 and Level 2 WSET Award in Wines courses to industry professionals and enthusiasts alike.

British-born, but a Geordie at heart; so booze runs in my blood.
